The gap wasn't in ideas —it was in execution.
SlashLLM started with a frustration: too many companies spending months on AI "strategy" with nothing to show for it. Decks. Roadmaps. Proof-of-concepts that never left the sandbox.
The world had plenty of AI consultants who could tell you what to build. It had very few teams that could build it, deploy it, and make it work at scale.
So we built SlashLLM as the agency we wished existed: a small, fast, technical team that goes from prompt to production. No talent marketplace. No layers of project managers. Just builders who understand both the technology and the business problem — and who ship real systems into real production environments.
Today, we work with growth-stage startups, SMBs, and mid-market enterprises across SaaS, fintech, healthcare, and HR tech — helping them build AI products, deploy intelligent agents, and optimize their AI infrastructure.

The best strategy is a working prototype. We'd rather show you a production system in 4 weeks than a 60-page deck in 6.
Own the outcome
We don't disappear after delivery. We build it, we deploy it, we monitor it, we optimize it. If it breaks at 3am, we're already looking at it.
Stay small, go deep
We're not trying to be a 500-person agency. We'd rather do 15 things brilliantly than 50 things adequately.
Be honest about what works
If AI isn't the right answer, we'll tell you. If a simpler solution exists, we'll build that instead. Our job is results, not billable hours.
